Weird Man Eating a Strange Food?

Travelers always say, a worthwhile journey to a place won't be complete without tasting the local food. Every destination offers unique delicacies that tourists wouldn't resist. In the Philippines, there are a lot of food that foreigners really go crazy about. We have balut (boiled duck egg), isaw (grilled chicken intestines), betamax (grilled solidified chicken or pork blood), and adidas (grilled chicken feet) among others.

If you find those weird, you better brace yourself in watching the video below. After playing it back many times, I really could not determine what he is eating or if he is local there. Are those puppies? Rats? Whatever... It makes my stomach rumble. :)
