A Minute to Say Goodbye to Fat

New Year parties are over and it's almost a month. A lot of us are heading to a new celebration, Chinese New Year, which means a lot of parties and buffet here and there again. Aside from being lucky, it is also important not only to our Filipino-Chinese friends, but to everyone to be healthy. Are you shaping up? It's time to shred off all those extra fat and be healthier. 

Many people include different ways to eliminate excess fats and to be prepared for their dates on Valentine's day. Some would go to the gym, do a morning routine like jogging or brisk walking, or just merely opt a DIY or 'do it yourself' way which is rampant nowadays. An array of ways but we are not sure if eveything is safe and effective. 

I would like to introduce to you a challenge. We have found a very effective way to help us get rid of our 'excess baggage' in just a minute. Yes, you read it right, 60 seconds and it is DIY. Amazing! I know it's unbelievable but since it's natural, you can absolutely try it without worrying of side effects. Below are the steps and a video to show how you can do this amazing trick.

Ingredients:

12 leaves of peppermint
1 teaspoon of grinned ginger root
1 fresh cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced

You need to soak the ingredients overnight and make it your water throughout the day. Make it a habit and you will immediately see the results in just 4 days. This will be more effective with proper diet of course.
